Editorial Team

Chief Editor (Editor-in-Chief)

Responsibilities:
The Chief Editor holds full responsibility for all editorial decisions, journal governance, and publication integrity. Duties include final acceptance decisions, oversight of peer-review processes, ethical compliance, copyright management, and overall journal quality assurance.

Associate Editors

Responsibilities:
Associate Editors manage submissions within assigned interdisciplinary fields (e.g., Digital Health, Digital Media, Digital Engineering). They coordinate the peer-review process, assign reviewers, evaluate reviewer feedback, and provide recommendations to the Chief Editor regarding publication decisions.

Peer Reviewers (External Experts)

Responsibilities:
Independent peer reviewers provide blind, objective evaluations of submitted manuscripts. They assess scientific quality, originality, methodology, clarity, and relevance to the journal scope. Reviewer recommendations support but do not determine final editorial decisions.

Editorial Board Members

The Editorial Board consists of international experts across the journal’s seven interdisciplinary domains.

Responsibilities:

  • provide strategic guidance on journal development
  • advise on scientific and technical standards
  • recommend peer reviewers
  • support journal policy and scope development
  • contribute to the academic reputation and direction of the journal

Editorial Support Tools (AI-Assisted Systems)

The journal may utilize digital tools to support editorial efficiency and quality assurance.

Functions include:

  • plagiarism screening assistance
  • formatting and structure checks
  • metadata validation
  • language and grammar refinement support
  • technical consistency checks

Role clarification:
These tools are used strictly as editorial assistance systems. All academic evaluation, peer-review interpretation, and publication decisions remain fully under human editorial authority.

Technical and Multimedia Support Team

Responsibilities:
The technical team manages the integration and presentation of supplementary digital materials, including:

  • external video links (e.g., instructional demonstrations)
  • application and software demonstrations
  • device operation walkthroughs
  • simulation and visualization materials
  • multimedia-enhanced content associated with published articles

They ensure accessibility, compatibility, and proper linking of supplementary materials within published content.
